In General

Please read though them carefully before placing your order.

Terms & Conditions 

1. Serious buyers only. No back out buyer, after confirming order. 

2. Be 100% sure that you want to purchase the items before filling in the order form.

3. Payment must be paid within 1-2 days the confirmation order is made. Orders are canceled otherwise. Please provide proof of your payment to us.

4. Our account number details will be given once you've confirmed your order. We only accept bank-in-transfer method of payment.

5. We will email you the tracking number after the items is posted.

6. We also do C.O.D in certain areas around Cheras, Ampang and UiTM Bandaraya Melaka but only if we are free during the time.

7. All pictures in the blog, and all stuff that been displayed are, copyrighted, unless stated-wise.

8. No haggle. Price is fixed. However postage fees will be bear by buyers.

Delivery

1. After we have dispatched your order, we will send you a notification email with tracking number stated.



2.Track your package here. Please allow 24 hours from receipt of the confirmation email before tracking your order.



3. USBCC.SHOP will not be held responsible for any parcel lost or damaged en route delivery by Pos Malaysia.

Returns, Exchange and Refund policy 

Returns, Exchange and Refund are applicable if ONLY:

1. We have made a mistake on an item sent to you.

Please drop us an e-mail at usbcc.shop@gmail.com to let us know of the mistake or defect within 3 days of receiving the item(s).

For any defect, there will be a 1 year warranty for the usbcc. Please return it to us with your order#number, any lost of the order number will not be entertain by us.

Returns methods are easy! You can return the items to us by Pos Laju. However, the return shipping expenses will be borne by the purchaser.

*We will not be responsible for any losses occurred during delivery. We'll ensure the items is in good condition and quality before posting them.
